You need to be sure that you are in compliance with the South Carolina laws. In SC, you have three options to choose from in order to be legal. HOPE operates under the third option of the SC homeschooling law.  

 During the 180 day school year you are expected to keep the following records:
 

•   Daily Lesson Plans or diary

•   Progress Report

•   Portfolio of Samples of            Student's Work

•   Daily Attendance Record
